Application Usage and History

 

After Application is defined in our workflow – it should be available also in workflow history:

 

 

 

Every Application got their state (Starting, In Progress, Finished and Error Occurred). Under every workflow Application is URL which redirects user to History/Details Page. When Application is in “In Progress” or “Finished” state the Input Parameters are visible in history. Output parameters are visible in history when application is finished.

 

Note: Every time when workflow application instance is invoked – Datapolis Process System creates new item on list where workflow is associated. This item is also created on MS Office Document Content Type template *.dotx, *.xlsx or *.potx.
