There are several types of forms that can be added/customized in workflows:

  • Action Launch Form
    A form that is shown when user launches an action.
  • Initiation Form
    A form that can be used:
      ▪ For manual workflow start,
      ▪ As a New Item form for adding new item and starting workflow.
  • Workflow Form
    A form that can be used as a Edit Item / Display Item forms.
    • State Form
      This is a sub type of a Workflow Form that allows to create different forms for different workflow states.
